Return & Refund Policy
Change of Mind Returns
We offer a 30‑day return window for “Change of Mind” returns, starting from the date you receive your item.
Please note that all “Change of Mind” returns are accepted at the discretion of Blackstar Gaming. We may refuse a return or apply conditions such as restocking fees or partial refunds.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
- The item must be in the same condition as received
- You must provide your order number as proof of purchase
- To request a return, email info@blackstargaming.com.au. If approved, return the item using safe, protective packaging to: PO BOX 1045 Gilles Plains, SA, 5086
Postage costs for “Change of Mind” returns are the responsibility of the purchaser. Original postage charges are non‑refundable.
Important: Items must be packed securely. Damaged returns will not be eligible for a refund. Do NOT use postage bags or satchels.
Product Damage, Faults & Order Issues
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please inspect it immediately and contact us at info@blackstargaming.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, the order will be considered correct.
For model kits, please check all contents before beginning assembly.
Some product issues may require us to contact the supplier or distributor. This process may take up to 10 business days, depending on their response time.
Photos of the product or order are generally required for assessment.
Possible solutions may include:
- A return for refund, exchange, or store credit (return postage covered by us)
- Replacement parts
- A discount on the original purchase
All cases are handled individually.
Gift cards are non‑returnable.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the original (once approved) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees or postage charges.
Please allow time for your bank or card provider to finalise the refund.
