23. Pre‑Order Policy

• Pre‑orders are offered based on information provided by distributors and in good faith.
• Timeframes may change without notice, and some items may have no ETA.
• Production or logistics issues may delay or prevent fulfilment.
• Pre‑orders may be cancelled by either party at any time prior to shipping for a full refund.
• A pre‑order does not guarantee delivery if the item becomes unavailable.
• Orders containing pre‑order items ship only when all items are in stock unless separate shipping is arranged.
• Pre‑orders remain the property of the distributor until invoiced and paid for.
