Dispatch Timeframes
Blackstar Gaming aims to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days of purchase. All orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking, and your tracking number will be emailed once shipped. The $11 flat-rate fee covers delivery anywhere in Australia.
If you require Signature on Delivery, please select this option at checkout.
Customer Responsibility – Correct Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and up‑to‑date shipping address at checkout.
If you request an address change after placing an order, we will attempt to update it, but we cannot guarantee success or accept liability for incorrectly delivered orders.
Some payment platforms (e.g., PayPal) may override your shipping address with the address saved in your payment account. To ensure correct delivery, please update your address both at checkout and within your payment provider’s account. We are not liable for orders delivered to outdated addresses due to payment‑vendor overrides.
Pre‑Orders
If your order contains both in‑stock and pre‑order items, the entire order will be shipped once the pre‑order item is available.
If you prefer separate shipments, please contact us. An additional postage fee will apply, and we will send an invoice for the extra shipping cost.
Insurance & Delivery Issues
All parcels are sent with standard Australia Post insurance (up to $100 plus postage). If you select the Standard Post with Signature option, Blackstar Gaming will cover the full value of your order in cases of loss or damage during transit (via refund or replacement).
Please note:
- Insurance does not cover theft or loss after Australia Post marks the item as delivered.
- Proof of damage (e.g., photos) may be required for claims.
